New tune tables after 4L80E segment swap. Anything look out of the ordinary?

do you want the shifts to happen AT 6500, or do you want to command the shift at 6500 and it will likely complete 150-300 rpm later depending on the engine and trans?

Other than that the rest looks like you've got a good start

Happen at 6500 for now. Lead time of 1.00 is correct if wanting that?

Lead time in the bluecat isn't the most reliable for a 4l80e
it seems to do ok for some of the 6 spd stuff
But I usually like to start with too much lead, then trim it back, when working with a 4l80e

Meaning...start commanding the shift at 6000...if you log and the highest rpm it sees is 6150...great you know it's gonna take roughly 150 rpm to complete the shift (maybe 200 if you spin it higher)

So...bump your shift command up to 6300...if it hits it at 6450

Then bump it up to 6350...and now it'll hit at 6500

Etc...not an exact example but you get the idea...I like an iterative process where you lean towards the safe side of shifting early rather than late

On the TCC Apply/Release page, unless you have multi-disk torque converter, you may want to "255" the 4th Apply over 50% throttle. Also, I would always have a 4th release speed for all throttle positions, just to be safe.
Keep in mind that under WOT, shifts do not occur until BOTH the WOT speed and WOT RPM are reached. I therefore sent my WOT shift speed about 10 mph than what is needed and control the exact shift with the WOT Shift RPM.
Your "Full Throttle Enable/Disable" seems low at 84% and 74%. Stock value are 94% and 84% and I see little reason to lower them.
Just my 2-cents.

Will make the adjustments you mentioned, thanks again!
The values on my 4L60E tuned for "Full Throttle Enable/Disable" were 84% and 74% so that's why I put them there but I did notice that the stock settings on the 4L80E stock tune were higher. Not sure why, I'll revert them back to the higher values.
