P1860 code after messing with pcm So I just put an engine back in my 99 Camaro and I drove the car and the converter would lock up with no issues. My ac didn’t work so my tech buddies at work tested everything and chased the issue to somewhere in the pcm. They would disconnect the battery and pull the connectors off the pcm and after that it started pulling a maf code and the p1860. It self cleared the maf code but now the converter won’t lock up and the code comes back every time I clear it. Everything worked perfectly before I pulled the engine so I find it hard to believe the solenoid went out randomly.

The pin at the PCM could be bent over, that would be a good place to start. If not that it's tome the get the multimetermeter out and check the power and control wire to the solenoid and check the resistance across the solenoid.
