I also noticed that now it doesnt seem to want to shift into 3rd or 4th. It did before no problem. It is still shifting from 1-2 just fine(pretty soft).

Just a thought cause your pressures look good for the RPM's,
What did you torque your center support & 4th bolt to? I use a 125/200 low reverse seal @ the center support, WIT part # 54386A

All your reading look good at both idle and 2000 rpm assuming no load neutral or park. Check line at 2000 rpm with harness unplugged you should see 170 to 220 psi depending on pr boost set up. If you have that plug back in clear codes go for a drive goose it line should jump to about same as unplugged at WOT,
