4l80 swap

So I am in the middle of swapping my 99 trans am from a 6 speed to a 4l80e. I am currently running a Midwest Chassis long torque arm. I ordered a new crossmember for the long torque arm that’s for a 4l80e. When sitting the two crossmembers next to each other, I am wondering if I am going to have trouble with my torque arm mount hitting the trans? Or the transmission hitting on the crossmember, due to how much further the mount sits back. Part number on my new crossmember is CM-F9802-TA-S8. My transmission is at the shop being built. So I don’t have anything to go off of. Just wondering if anyone has used this set up. Thanks.

I know the 80E mount is like 2" back form the T56, that second mount for the 80E will be awefully close to the Pan when in the car.

that’s exactly what I’m worried about. According to Midwest Chassis website it will clear. I think it’s gonna be close for sure!!

I run a MWC CM-F9802-CC-S8 Tubular Light Weight Conversion Crossmember and a MWC (CM-F9302-CB)(RS-F8202-5HPL) Extreme Tunnel Mount Torque Arm & Crossmember w/ Driveshaft Loop, (catback 3.5 Y pipe style) on my 2000 Camaro with no issues with my 4L80E.
