4l60e no engine braking

4l60e no engine braking Hey guys, I’m new to the forum and have a question someone can hopefully answer..
I recently rebuilt a 4l60e (stock) for a Holden commodore (I’m in Australia)
Anyways, on its first test run I noticed it didn’t have any engine braking/ would automatically downshift. But if you let it coast and slow down once you accelerated again it would take if in say 2nd gear.
just wondering if anyone has any direct I should be heading in or any schematics for the overrun circuit?
Any help would be much appreciated

The 4l60e will not have any appreciable overun in D4 position regardless of gear Unless modified to do so.
