Lost my flex plate. What to check in trans? We've got it out. There's a little bit of damage in the center of the converter. Not bad just, where the steel sort of dug into it. There isn't a dent or anything where it looks like it was putting major pressure. However when we pulled the converter the fluid does smell pretty cooked it's still red not super brown.. Its 30k miles old and since the trans was gone through. . Done a bit of camper Pulling. So i don't know if it's normal. We're gonna drop the pan and change the filter. Anything else?
