tranny won't work I installed a th350 into my jeep, bolted to a chevy350 on one end and a dana 300 transfer case on the other, after filling transmission up with fluid I started the jeep, tried to shift into drive and got nothing? shut engine off tried rolling jeep while trans was in park and jeep rolls with no resistance. driveshaft turns but flywheel doesn't? I'm no mechanic so any help will be appreciated.

I'm not familiar with the Dana 300, is it selectable 4WD? Does it have a nuetral position? I actually had a Suburban towed in for a "transmission concern" because it did exactly what you describe and we noticed the transfer case was in nuetral.
