Tranny not shifting?

Tranny not shifting? I just had a new pump installed in my tranny and now it wont shift itll get to about 4500 rpms and just stay there and not shift. I took it back to the tranny shop who installed it and they told me it was my fuel filter.....well i replaced it and they were full of **** cause it didnt work and told them they said it had to do with a restriction of fuel....now i have no ideas what it could be. It does it in every gear.

Would the A.I.R lines have anything to do with it cause I know I have a leak in them and they're burning up against my valve covers and theres 2 pcv valves instead of 1 because we had to rig it up cause i got 01 heads and i had 98....
What was the car doing before the pump install?
