Default PT4000 installed, now code P0757

Got the Yank PT4000 converter installed 2 weeks ago. After breaking it in for 200 miles, I began to drive it a bit harder & I noticed that sometimes when it down shifts from 4 to 3 it gets stuck in 3rd & I get code 0757 and the converter does not lock up. When I clear the code everything works back fine. I wasn't really able to recreate that problem constantly.

I would like to know if this code indicates incorrect installation of the converter or some internal hardware failure within the trans/converter. If not then should I just turn off that code via reprogramming?

All opinions welcome. TIA

95% of the time, just turning off that code is fine. I believe I have mine turned off.
