ST3500 vs ST3800

My ST3500 is slipping and needs a rebuild. What gain if any will I see going to a 3800?

I currently have all the bolt-ons except headers. Near future plans are Kooks and S2 H/C.

You will gain a couple hundreths in 60' and loose 1-2% in efficency.
