Default Restalling a converter, who's good & fair priced????

I have a Art Carr 3500 stall that I am wanting to re-stall to a 4400, does anyone know of a place that does it for a fair price??? Also and stands behind their work???

I tried to call him earlier, but he was not in. The guy I spoke with said he did not know if they could re-stall it.
