Default Shudder at deceleration

My new built 4l60e shifts so good now. My only concern is I get a shudder every once in a while when I am decelerating coming to a stop. I don't know that it's in the tranny, but it feels like it to me. Does this happen to anyone else, and is it something I should be worried about? Thanks guys.

I can't help you, as I am no tranny expert.... but to help the guys help you:

Where (speed, gear and rpms) is it shuddering?
Does it feel like a little whobble in the back of your seat or an all out "rattle to peices" shake?
Also, jsut how often does it do it. Once every 5 decelerations, 10, 20...?

It is just a slight whobble. Nothing drastic. I would say it does it 1 out of every 5 times I decelerate. Usually it does it at speeds of around 35 down to 20. It's not bad, just a little noticeable. I haven't exactly pinpointed it in the tranny, I just mainly want to know if anyone has had a similar feeling and what they did to stop it.

If you are getting misfires on decel it may be locking
and unlocking the converter. I don't lock my converter
in 2nd or 3rd. Lots of mods there, I wouldn't rule out
some pop-pop-pop kicking the TCC out of lock. A bit
of logging would show this up if it's going on.
