i put in a yank st3500 stall i bought on here used......i have been nothing but impressed by what ive felt by this converter so far

Thats a kick *** verter for sure. Im switching out my VIG3600 for a PT4200 this weekend and expect good things in the future.

the ST3500 is one of the best street/strip converter around.....You will have nothing but good luck and low 60ft's with it....i think its a 2.4 STR

I just got my st3500 installed and it is the **** !!! I thought my tranny was broken though today because it was clanking around and sounded like crap, scared me to death, turned out my Y-pipe was banging against a bracket that I pushed up when I hit a high speedbump hahaha,

this thing rocks, I dropped a full second in my 1/8th mile times. Hoping for high 11s

i dropped .8 off my time from a stock 100k mile torque converter to a Transgo shiftkit and Yank ST 3500

How did you like your Vig. 3600 converter, i really thought about buying one but after all these guys talking about the Yank i might have to break down and buy one of those instead.

My 2 have lasted about an average of 3 months a piece. I think I'm in the minority though.

Wow I know of three of them that have been installed for over 2 years now. Possibly a install problem or just bad luck.

I have one, I've put about 10k miles on it and the prev owner put a few thousand on it. It still works perfect!!!

I feel bad that I didn't get own the day I bought my car & feel sorry for A4 guys that don't have a bigger converter.
