Default diffrence between locking and non locking converters

what is the diffrence and which is better if im looking for something will a stall speed of around 3000 for my 94Z which i drive everyday in the summer and see's the track about two or three times a month

also has anyone used Neal racing converters and are they any good?

If you drive it everyday get the lock up. It will be much better on gas. With my 4200 on the highway I get the same MPG as with my stock converter.
