Default Looking For Gremlins In My Ride!!

In need of some insight! After all the mods I have done(see sig) I have a noise I can't find or fix.HELP WITH SOME IDEAS WHERE TO LOOK NEXT. When my car gets ready to shift into third there is a clunk(best way to describe) that sounds like it is coming from the rear end. The trans I had built has all the sonax parts, bigger servo,Z-paks,.500 boost valve,13 vane pump ect.ect.I had a shop check the backlash and pinion angle of the gears and everything seems to be in spec. Where do I look next for the possible remedy? The problem only seems to be there at part throttle. If I have my foot in it I don't notice it at all. Thanks
