Hey Flame Thrower could I send your settings if you don't mind? I'm having real problems with my WOT downshifting. Like it doesn't want to downshift when it should or will not go all the way to the correct gear (4th to 2nd) and it seems to be getting worse! I'm starting to thing it maybe something with the actual transmision messing up as opposed to the tune.

That is the BIN from my 2001 Camaro SS, if you have HPTuners you will be able to view the file. If you don't have HPTuners, let me know what you are interested in seeing and I will make a screen shot image of those tables.

Thanks a ton for the settings on the Trans FrameThrower! Right off the bat your settings made a difference I noticed and liked. It didn't fix my WOT downshifting though, but I think I found the answer to that problem and it isn't shift point related. I found that Peeps with big cams have to go in and change the P0121 Error Max / Min Map settings higher so it well check the sensor at the correct time because the MAP is not the same after the cam install. I haven't confirmed this yet but will 1st thing in the morning.

I can't wait to really get to see what your settings are like after I re-flash this bad boy to correct the MAP. Thanks again! Much Appreciated!

I had to do that to my car after my 231/237 cam install as recommended by Texas Speed & Performance. I think I went from 55/65 to 75/85

Well, you are very welcome. I scaled those setting down for 3.73 gears and a rev limit of 5500 for my truck ... and that also feels much better than OEM. Glad you like it.

I've changed my email could you send me those tables/spreadsheets bryanmarcellini@comcast.net . I'm having shift problems in the 2-3 shift it dosen't hit the revlimiter but it takes to long to shift. Its really noticeable when I spraying its costing me some et and my mph is way off.

It looks at both. If one hasn't been met yet, it won't shift.

For those of you with HPT, here is the BIN file from my SS. I fixed the TCC apply/release points and it now drives like OEM, but with better shift points ... both part throttle and WOT.

plug in tire height, rpm limit, rear gear, tranny gearing and away you go.

Tranny ratios for 4L60E are:
first: 3.0596
Second: 1.625
Third: 1.0
Fourth: 0.696
