Default Shifter for race?

I have a 4l60e from rock-on with a manual valve body and i was wondering what kind of shifter you guys would recommend for a race applicatiion.

for a 4L60E why not just stick with the stocker?? You either race in D or OD so I wouldnt think it would matter....but if someone else has some info I'd love to hear it too.

well i can't leave it in drive cuz its a manual valve body and i need some kind of shifter anyways cuz i'm converting from 6 speed.
what do you think about this one?
