Default Stall converter help?

I need a stall for my basically stock 02 SS A4 w/ 3.23's. I also use an NX wet kit w/ a 100 shot. It is my daily driver and must have good street manners. After searching the archives....most of you prefer 3000-3600 stalls with nitrous. Vigilantes and Yanks being the most popular. What converter/trans cooler do you recommend? Most of my fun comes from a roll....so i want lots of mph vs. launching and 1/8 mile capability. Keep in mind i want to keep the 3.23's and keep spraying the 100 shot? Thanks in advance.

I'm looking for pretty much the same things as you in a stall....except for the spray. They say from a roll bigger is better, but like me it's my daily driver so I can't go tooo big, so i'm thinking a 3800 is a happy medium stall. If I can afford yanks SS series when i'm ready, I will most likely get the SS3800 because of the feed back on their driveabilty has been great for such high stall speeds. Vigs are good verters, but usually seem to lack good MPH gains in the 1/4 compared to other brands and that will hurt you from a roll.

Like I said I don't plan on every spraying, so i've never looked into that aspect when buying a stall, but there are plenty of people spraying so i'll let them handle that question. Cooler, i'd go with a 24,000GVW and consider a tranny temp gauge. Good luck!!

TCI SSF3500, Yank PY3600e, Vig 3200. I use the B&M 24,000 cooler.

how bad is gas mileage with 3.73s and a 3200 stall (a set-up i think i might want to go with, and the car is daily driven hense the gas mileage question)?

Spoolish:
With the nitrous and stock gears, I would recommend a stall around 3200 with a low STR. The lower STR will give you more efficiency from a roll and the nitrous will love the lower stall. Also, I agree, use the B&M 24,000 cooler.

AK's WS6:
Same story as with Spoolish, but I would go higher on the stall. Something around 3600-3700 would probably be perfect.

Not trying to hijack, but what stall would be ok when I get my MS3 later this year. I would like to go with a TCI 4400, but would that be mismatched with the 125 dry shot? I have the TCI SSF3500 and TSP 225 cam right now and love it. I've always heard people say if you have the wrong converter and you are running nitrous you will "blow through the converter".
