broke 4l60e what part in the trans would break causing the trans to loose foward and reverse gears.Step on it the other day going about 30 started to spin then it acted like it went in to neutral no foward or reverse gears. Thanks for the help.

i think the samething happened to mines i was on the freeway and my car wouldnt change to 2-3 and 3-4 so it just start revving high as i hit the gas so i had to drive home in second gear...so can anybody tell me do that sound like the same issue GARY01 is having
