4L60E Rebuild Questions? I'm think about rebuilding my trans while it's out of the car becuse a Master tech from work said he'll do it for $100 bucks all i have to do is buy the parts. The trans has around 50k on it. What do I need? It's a heads cam car w/ a 4400 stall. Around 420 RWHP I was thinking this TCI kit.
The TCI Pro Super Kit is just what it says. It's a super kit that contains everything except case and oil to rebuild your transmission. Gaskets, seal kit, pan gasket (reusable type), new friction clutches, steel clutches, bands, adjustable modulator, high volume filter - even a drain plug kit! Our kit also contains a TCI TransScat Super II package to change the valve body to a manual/automatic set up.
What would you recomend? TIA
