I just picked one up today...and I'm a little confused about the setup...the actual shifter is angled towards the right...how does that look when its in neutral...?? or in gear....

And can I pick up some of that gasket stuff at a local sears..??

I'm just asking for pics and a step by step install...I went to installuniversity and they only have the SLP shifter...I had a Pontiac Enthusiast Mag... and well that had the whole install in there....I don't know where that is now...

Sorry I don't have a picture but I think I can help with this because the following is how a friend and I installed mine. Works fine.

Look at the base of the shifter. The word's Pro 5.0 will be etched in the base. When installed correctly the words are upside down when looking at them from the drivers seat. When sitting the in the drivers seat the shift **** actually angels slightly to the LEFT toward the driver. This is a result of the offset handle.

I got my RTV at AutoZone but Advance Auto and lot's of places carry it.
