A4 bogs after 1-2 and 2-3 shift after vig2800 and TransGo shift kit installation. I had the Vig 2800 installed first and noticed a little bog but after the shift kit installation it is more noticeable. The 1-2 shifts are much worse than the 2-3 shifts. This only happens at WOT.
Any suggestions as to what is causing this?
Mods: Ported MAF ends. MAFT, !EGR, MTI lid and pulley, Free mods.

It's rare with a pre '01 though...

If it is TM I know at least 1 guy around here that doesn't have a 01, Either got a 99-00 with a vig3200 and transgo that was a dog but he got rid of TM. Once he got that problem corrected he gained at least a couple tenths

Before adjusting my shift points I was shifting way too soon. Now with the +6 adjustment i'm right where I wanna be. <img src="images/icons/smile.gif" border="0"> I have the 273s so I can get more outta the gears. <img src="images/icons/smile.gif" border="0">

On the 2-3 shift there was -3* timing. On this run the 1-2 shift took place at 5485 rpm and the 2-3 shift was at 6024rpm. On previous runs the 1-2 shift was at 5700rpm.

On mine, exactley. It would go from @22* down to 2* and the back up in the @20* range. <img src="images/icons/smile.gif" border="0">

RPM WS6- It lasts long enough for the car to nose dive on the 1-2 shift. The 2-3 shift is not as bad.

What I'd like to see is a log of Throttle Position, Current Gear, RPM, Timing Advance and Knock Retard. This way we can confirm that it is only between shifts and make sure that there's no chance ASR (If your car is equipped) is kicking in because the shift kit is possibly causing your tires to spin a little?? Just an idea. <img src="images/icons/smile.gif" border="0">

The car does not have ASR. I am running ET Streets. I do not have traction problems.

I have some runs when there is no torque management issue and then the very next run I will have negative timing values before/after the shifts.

IE: From 1st to 2nd, my timing goes from @35* timing - to 2* - back to @30* at 40% throttle.
On the 2-3 shift and the 3-4 shift my timing drops about 10* each time.
Not as extreme as yours but very noticable. <img src="images/icons/smile.gif" border="0">
