Converter lock up switch
somebody please send that diagram to scrapin720@aol.com i have a tci 3600 and would love to lock it up for when my buddies with the m6's wanna run on the top end.
I would like to get a copy of this if possible. Going to change out converter, put in shift kit & trans cooler so may as well do this to all in one job. Please send to:

Thanks.
Thought I would share what I found out while on the dyno. We tested horse power with & without locking up the TC. Locking it up showed a gain of 11 horses to the rear wheels. But both the dyno shop & the guys at Yank don't recommend locking it up. My 2 cents.

As was eluded to by Tuff, there's no since in locking the converter at low RPMs. I feel that it is best used only by those with the gearing to put them across the finish line at or after the HP peak. However, I have NOT experimented with a lockup switch at the track.
