Noise at start up

I recently installed a new (4mile pullout 04) 4l65E,had my Yank cut opened and cleaned.About 2 weeks after I noticed this sound at start up only when cold,so once a day,it lasts for about 5 seconds,sounds kind of like a growly starving pump sound.I am thinking tranny because thats the only thing changed recently.Anyone come across this?

sounds like a power steering pump starving.
