Default ls1, th400, and ford 9"

What Would Be required to Install a t400 w/break on an ls1. are there and adaptor plates required, special input shafts, flex plates, will it use an 40L60e converter or a Standard t-400 converter. Will i be able to retain speedo function (Autometer Hyperlight guage) any info would be great.

Oh one more thing what gears would you guys run with a 30" tire

Flexplate from TCI or ATI makes one

Converter can be built a couple different ways, whether for an LS1 specifically or with the use of an adaptor

there is an adaptor plate available, aot of people don't run it though

speedo stuff is listed in the thread at the top

This is going into a 73 240Z so all parts will be new, thats why i;m kinda confused my vette will stay an m6,

So i Will probably be running a cable driven Speedo directly to the Autometer Guage, and not the pcm.

Is It possible to lock a t400 converter, if so whats required.
