Default is a VIG 3200 right for me?

Mods are in the sig.

I ONLY street race---me and some of my friends find these cars around town that look fast and bet money to win. that is what pays for my mods. Well the other day i come across a 97 Cobra with a Vortech and 12 lbs. of boost with an aftercooler and i was somewhat concerned that the 100 shot wouldn't be enough. My question is would a 100 shot and a VIG 3200 help me beat him. When I run him i will have BFG ET Streets by the way. What would my 1/4 mile times be like?
Is a VIG 3200 good for around town and on the highway?

as much as i like "BFG ET Streets" if i were you i would get a Super Yank 4000. from a roll it would kill, and from a stop it will be pretty easy on tires. you may want to step down to the 3500 if you spray a lot. If you are running actual Mickey Thompson ET Streets the Vig3200 will easily pull a half second off a 1/4 and wont flash too high on the juice. i hate yank and i would still get the SY for the street.

yeah but the SY 3500 is about 900 bucks and the VIG is about 725. plus it has a free stall upgrade.

This racing is done for exactly a 1/4 mile on a country road and from a stop with a flagman.

well in my experience with this convertor, i loved it....

i went 12.7's n/a with the convertor and e.t. streets. those tires are needed to hook up on the nitrous.
on a 100 shot, i went 11.5's, and i only have a lid, exhaust, and hpp3 as my other mods. so you should be close to taking him down, all depends on his motor and traction andhow well he can drive.

Chris

as far as everyday driveability, it's awesome. not all that much more different than stock in my opinion, just got to get the revs up a few hundred RPM to get the car moving. gun it and hold on thoug!!!
