Default ET/MPH Gain going from Vig 2800 to Yank SS4000

I know it will 60 ft better but will it also mph better. Any estimates on ET or mph are welcomed. I use Et Streets at the track and the mods are in the sig.

read my sig for my 1/8 times
my mph is 87.7x
that is for stock internals.
and my tranny is not shifting from 1-2 like it should.... my left tire comes up about an 1-2 in.
