Rear Lower Control Arms: How to install?

Default Rear Lower Control Arms: How to install?

I lowered my car and according to everyone I need these LCAs. Are there any how to(s) on how do install them. They are not adjustable.

Bring the tylenol. I helped a friend install his and they were fine... however prior to that when I put them on mine, they were near impossible! It didn't help that I already had BMR Sub frame connectors and the new bolt that the came with the subframe connectors and went through the one end of the LCA was larger than stock, it didn't fit though my spohn lower control arms and I had to drill it out slightly to get the bolt through.

By the way, with a lowered car you should also get an adjustable panhard rod and LCA relocation brackets to be sure the geometry is right. The LCA's should be parallel with the ground.
