If I keep the 60E, I will be getting updated build sheet info to you for my car/combo. Do you have a TC for swapping to TH400 w/LS1? I seen you post something about the TH350 not sure?

Yes, we offer two models that will bolt the th400 directly to the LS1 flexplate. We have one that is rated to take up to 600hp and in the group purchase going on now, we have been selling them for $359. Most people, however, who go to the th400 do it to enable them to handle big power. That is why we offer a version that can handle up to 1200hp. And we can do that one while the GP is going on for $569. On our line of LS1/TH converters, our upgrade policy still applies.

As far as deciding between the two transmissions, if you would like some advice, feel free to shoot me a PM and I'll be happy to help with some suggestions.

John - My TA has a problem with a lot of vibration only in 3rd gear and I've had a couple of people tell me the stock converter is broken and tearing up the Tranny does that sound right?

Reason I ask is I don't want to by a new stall and still have the problem and potentially messing up the new converter. Thanks for any insight you might have into this issue.

Well on the way to and from work today I tried to pay close attention to give you a better discription, but as luck would have it the problem isn't bad today so I can only feel a little bit of vibrations still noticable but not falling apart bad like it has been recently.

I can only feel it when in third gear, in 4th gear I hear a little Wha Wha Wha noise that is most likely from the stock 10" diff its pretty loose. Today I start noticing the vibration when going above 2200RPM in third and will get worse under light exceleration up to a certain level of vibration then plains off. Now if I floor it the vibrations aren't that bad until I let off then it will normally get worse than under lite exceleration. However today again was one of the good days and when i let up the vibration just stops until I start to give it a little gas. I wish I could video it so you can hear it but more than that you can feel the vibrations through the whole car but I have polly monts on the tranny and drivers side of the motor.

P.S. I'll come back and remove the bulk of this post later so not to clog up this thread!
