flywheel/flexplate bolts. torque specs, help!

flywheel/flexplate bolts. torque specs, help!

manual calls for 3 passes.
1. 15 pd ft
2. 37
3 74 final

this is for std setup/bolts.
im using a crank spacer and the longer bolts. do they torque at a different pd ft?

same for the longer bolts, make sure and locktite them.

loctite? i was just gonna weld them. hehe
