Default Normal vs Cruise

Whats the difference between Normal and Cruise tables in the transmission section.. I know Performance isnt used and I assume Hot is what it runs off when its the transmission is Hot...

btw the speed limit is 30-35 in a lot of the areas I drive so is it ok to lock up in 4th at ~34.

Cruise is when cruise control is engaged. You probably
want to leave this more like stock, favor lockup and
economy on the highway while you might adjust "Normal"
for more of a performance oriented feel.

34 is pretty low. Lower than I like the feel of, even
with 3.42s.
