To fix your 60' times, about 3300 - 3800 stall will do the trick.
Your 60' on the bottle sucks. Were you spinning? A progressive controller might help you hook if the 150 shot overpowers the tires. Otherwise cut the spray back to 100 shot and get a dead hook. You may loose a bit of mph but your ET will drop by .5 if you get your 60' into the 1.7s. Better tires will help too.
If you were not spinning, the stall will solve your problems.

Yank SS3600, TCI 3300, or Vig 2800 would all do the trick. I ran several different Yank converters with good results before I converted the car.
If you go a little bigger, your NA time will improve, but spraying out of the hole will definitely require moving up to ET Streets or Drags.

I ahree with ragtop.
Your whole time slip sucks NA and on spray.
I would do a Yank converter mayself, or a TCI if your not a Yank fan.
I have always had good/great results with Yank and refuse to switch.
I tried Vig and Midwest before and the Yank kicked their ***.
I haven't used a TCI and hear a lot of good things about them.
