Anyone's VIG 2800 hitting rev limiter???

I doubt it will hit the limiter. In the two converters I've had (ST3500 and TP4400) neither hit the limiter.
You still going to SDR on the 26th?

when you get a converter, you should get a tranny cooler as well. now what happens is, the person installing doesn't fill the trans fluid all the way up because of the added capacity of the tranny cooler. so it will then hit the rev limiter. check it and check it again till it is completely filled to what it should be, and then you'll be alright.

No problem hitting the rev limiter here. My car actually shifted on the low side but the Hypertech took care of that. Great converter! You'll love it when driving around town.

Yes, the 4L60E is very touchy about fluid level. When Tom put my ‘verter in he left it just a half quart low and it was hitting the limiter. Just adding the half quart fixed it.
