SFC Install question Ok I just got in my Kenny brown DD subframes. I called this place and there quoting me 300-400 dollars for welding them in????
Does this sound right? How hard is it really, they said you might have to pull the carpets, is this true?
300 bucks even, god damn that a lot of cash for a little welding.

Re: SFC Install question I have the bolt-on ones (SLP) for my current ’00 WS6, but I used to have weld-ins on my old Formula. They were only 2-point SFCs, but I paid $20 for the welding job ( $10 per weld). I new the shop owner though, normally he would charge $30 just to do a welding job, and then $10 per weld, so I would have paid $50 if I just came in off the street.
