I did a complete converision for about 2,700(ouch i hate adding stuff up like that!)

You might need a torque arm adapter. I bought B&M's 30299 piece, it worked fine. If you have a chasis mounted torque arm you won't need it
The biggest problem I ran into was the shifter & linkage. Still trying to tweak it to work 100% correctly
My buddy(nossboy here) had the same problem, some gears were perfect, when he got to the other side, it was off, never got it perfect. My mega shifter in mine didnt really need any adjustment. 30 seconds. It seems to be hit or miss. <Y biggest problem was waiting 5 weeks for BMR to send me out a crossmember, and the driveshaft guy making it too long lol.
