Yank stealth 2800 Converter
I have a chance to get a Yank Stealth 2800. My car is primarily a street car and will be driven very little at the track. I will be installing 3.42s along with the converter. Is this converter loose at normal speeds? How is the acceleration from a stand still and from a roll?

It will be tight feeling and tire roasting, but not a big help from a roll.
With 3.42s, you can use a little looser converter and the gearing will make it feel tighter than if you had stock gears. If you want power from a roll, the c-5 3500 (aka SuperYank 3500) is really the way to go. it will be a bit looser, but that also makes it easy to launch hard on the street.
If you're worried about looseness, the c-5 3000 or SuperStreet 3200 would be better choices than the Stealth.
