I'm installing a Vig. 3600 #7 real soon and i need a trans cooler. Which one does everyone like? Will B&M's 24000gvw run too cool? Or how about B&M's 19000gvw cooler?

I run the B&M 16,000GVW tranny cooler. I noticed a difference right away in the heat (installed during the summer).

 

19,000 is fine in your climate unless you are going to be autocrossing during the summer.

 

Yeah, thats what i was thinking. 16000gvw seemed alittle to small and 24000gvw seems to big. 19000gvw looks about right. But what about street racing? Will it get too hot with the 19000gvw?

I've run the PermaCool 24K for the past two seasons on the road course, just doing open track sessions, as well as the other highway miles going to events and sometimes pulling the trailer.

Right now the SS has 48K on the clock.

I also run one of their smaller coolers for the PS. Both are run in series with the factory stuff.

You can run toooo cool with the A4.
