welp, shop called and said they didn't realize how much stuff they had to finish in the shop, so they won't be able to get to it till next wednesday

It'll be fine. Tell the people who are telling you that to shut it. Plenty of STOCK INTERNAL (stock cam) cars running looser 4000 stalls than a Yank SS series even up to loose 4400 stalls, and they are HAULING! Those people dont know what they are talking about.
Secondly, if you've got tires that will hook it (i.e. NOT your 315 Nittos) I'd say you could expect up to 0.7 off your times. On the same tires you're on I wouldn't expect much more than 0.4-0.5 off.
