4L60E Questions

4L60E Questions I've read all the posts both here and on LS1.com and I from what I've read there is no way that my 4L60E, even if it's rebuilt as strong as it can be built, can hold up under 800-850ft/lb of torque for very long.
What I'm wondering is, is there ANYONE who's done this sucessfully? If so, who built it and what did they do to it?

Re: 4L60E Questions I would have to agree with the above statement for longevity,you might consider my new 400 with a lock-up converter and transbrake for strength and mph.I just built one for a C5R 427 with a 350 shot of nitrous that should make around 900h/p.I'll keep you all posted when the car is done with some results.
