Default Guess the problem...

Just wondering how skilled your minds are. Foot on the brake, shift from any gear to anyother, no noise. Driving down the road hardly any throttle at all, no noise, driving down the road W0T or decent accleration, loud thud right under the seats. Whats your guess as to what the problem is?
