Manual valve body 4l60e??
Re: Manual valve body 4l60e?? I know it was tried on a car, but OD did not work. It was not done in controlled circumstances so it's not clear if it was install error that caused OD not to work.
I have talked to FLP/Chuck about doing it on my tranny, might still try it before the beginning of racing season.

Re: Manual valve body 4l60e?? Hey John, is that the guy that had the homemade bracket off to the right of the shifter and used roller switches on the gearshift and a master sw to disable the tranny computer? I cant remember where I saw the website.

I had full manual control in any gear including OD.

<strong>A built 700r4 with a manual valvebody will be going in mine this month . I never even thought of trying to do this with the 4l60E . Internally ...less the valvebodies , both trannies are the same right ?
