i have a 2001 camaro (automatic) and everyone i talk to tells me to get a stall converter. i have no idea what it is, what it does, or how it can help me. if i do decide to get one, which is the best one to get. my only mods so far are induction kit, SLP LT's with cats and lm catback

 

Go to the Auto Trans forum, search, and do a LOT of reading. In addition, go to the sponsors web pages that build converters and read what they have to say about each product. There is no "one size fits all" for TC's.
