Default what will kill my tranny faster?

nitrous NOT spraying through the shifts 125rwhp shot, or a large cam with full bolt ons...discuss

Nitrous if used frequently. 125 shot = 125HP and and similar TQ. Cam & headers is about half that. I'm assuming you'll have a lid & cut-out/exhaust mod in either scenario.

Keeping torque managment even if only in small amounts or only in the upper torque range will improve the life with h/c or N20.

I think that heat from unessesary abuse is what kills these trannies the quickest. I've found that you can have a big cam along with a 225 shot and still make the stock tranny last.

driving is what kills these trannys the most. the heat built up from an aggressive right foot and convertor flash in daily driving dutys.

i along with other 10 second 4L60e cars have no issues that dont drive the car everyday.
