If you want the stock like feel the SS series of converters is for you!
the SS3200 will give you a great all around boost in power and a step up to the SS3600 will give you that extra mid range to top pull with no real loss in around town fell with the 3.73 that you are running
give us a call
and get in on the GP that is running now with some great pricing

I have to give a vote for Yank. I just swapped from another brand coverter to a Yanks SS4000. The other converter was a 3800 and much looser on the street. At the track the SS4000 blew the other converter away. I'm not going to mention the other brand name but it is one of the top converter makers.

I'd look at going with a Vig 3200. This is the convertor I should of went with but I opted for a Yank ST3500 (which is not made any longer). Had problems since day 1 with the Yank and the Vig 2800 I had worked flawlessly.

i have a vig 3200... i love it but really wish i'd gone higher.... you might consider something higher since you have 3.73s.. i found that my car stalled less with the higher gears... ( i went from 3.73 to 4.10s... and now my stall is like 2500 ) either way, its a completely daily driverable converter and I highly recommend it...

I remember a test about 4 months ago... compared two different converters(hopefully someone will find it) against a VERY well known company and a new company. results were the same at the track...

nah.. i didn't think they were that bad at all with an auto.. granted, i dont drive on the highway much.... after i went up to 28" tires, there wasn't really any difference between the 4.10s with 28s and the 3.73s with 26"s... but i also have very low standards of driverability...
"I've heard that 410s are a too much for autos. People get better results with 373s. M6 cars do very well with 410s. Have you ever thought of going back to 3.73s?"
