Amazing what these motors will do when you get them up in there power band. Waiting to go to the track but I think I got somewhere around 6 or 7 tenths out of it. Definitely need Nitto's it just blows the tires off unless I ease into it. I have 3:23 gears and normal street driving is fine. So far no code problems either. Wish me luck at the track hoping for a 12.5 (realistically 12.6 or 12.7)
P.S. - The best part is we got it done in 2.5 hours.

That's a great install time! The fastest my friends I have done is 1:45 minutes. But that was on a lift with to very "experienced" LS1 "mechanics".

I'm selling a SY3500 for $600 shipped. It's brand new in the box. I can't use it because I'm using a TH400 instead of the the 4L70 that I had planned on. You can verify that it's new in the box from Brad or Brian at Atlanta Chassis Dyno www.atlantachassisdyno.com

The main reason was a friend was upgrading and I couldn't beat the price he gave me. But after investigating I feel its the converter I would of chosen anyway. I don't think there are near as many problems with the 10" conveter as opposed to the 9.5" which is what the ST3500 is. I have 2001 and I think there are people having problems with the ST series and code problems. All I know is it is perfect for my application.
P.S. - If I was in the market I would buy iateyourcat's for 600. Thats a great price for a new one. Cheaper than a new ST3500
