What mph do you cross at? With your mods, you should not be trapping over 110 mph.
All unlocked converters have slippage. You can use your trap speed and rpm to calculate your slip. A higher stall might or might not have more slip on the top end. There is no blanket rule. Even with more slip, You might cross at 5900 instead of 5700. Put your 3-4 WOT shift at 6200 rpm and you'll be fine.

I trap 103, Well i was just thinking cause with the 3.73's after a shift my RPM's fall to about 4500, ive seen videos where with 3.23's and a torque converter they only drop to 4800 or so. It seems like the reasonable thing to beleive is that add gears to that and ur prolly gonna hit the limiter or go to OD.

He has an LS1, you're an LT1. LS1s trap about 5 mph higher stock for stock. I think your low trap speed has a little to do with your altitude, although it still seems low. I trapped 100.5 with only a catback at sea level.
