A4 Torque Arm on a M6?

A4 Torque Arm on a M6? Can we install a A4 torque arm on a M6 car? I have access to 1 A4 arm here in town <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0"> Anyone know if we can pull that off?

Re: A4 Torque Arm on a M6? HMMM I don't know if they have the same general mounting location on the diff. transmissions or not. I do know that you'll crumble the A4 arm just as bad, if not worse, than the M6 one since it doesn't even have a brace like the M6 arm does. If you're getting the tq. arm for free, I'd go get it and put it next to the M6 one mounted to see if it looks like it will work. The M6 arms have a factory brace on the pass. side and the A4 does not. Past that, I don't know if they're the same or not.

Re: A4 Torque Arm on a M6? I'm pretty sure the mounting points are the same (ever heard of anyone specifying M6 or A4 when ordering an aftermarket one?) but yes, the M6 version is stronger.
