Vig converters stall a little higher than their name implies. The TCI is probably a tad tighter.

What is the reason you are putting a trans in?

It would help us understand what the heck you were saying if you used a little better grammar/punctuation.

I have a vig 2800 in my lt1.I didn't even notice it was there the day it was installed ,in fact double checked the tranny shop had in fact installed it. Its not noticeable at all in daily driving maybe partly due to 3.42 gear upgrade over stock 2.73s. It is noticeable when you stall it up of course.
I even didn't notice a big diff in gear mushiness either. I have no shift kit but recently just turned up my hpp programmer shift firmness.
The vig are great converters from what I have seen and experienced. A bit pricey but I got mine used off board.
Would buy one again in a heartbeat. I would go with a 3000 to 3200 in an ls1 for sure. 2800 is a bit low stall even in my lt1 and wish I went 3000 or 3200.
