Installed Fuddle 3400 2.1 yesterday. After 40 miles or so in-town driving, then it ran flawlessly from BG KY back to Louisville KY approx 110 miles all Interstate (no tuning). I love it! Great for a street driven only car. No complaints here so far.

I have TCI super street fighter 3500. with a 383, ported heads, and a cam that is similar to a Trex LS1 cam, it made the car very streetable and very fun to drive. I found it odd that the converter would stall much higher than the 3500 advertised rating. sometimes up to 4200 rpm. even when the converter was locked it seemed to "stall" up when I stepped on the gas just enough to accelerate but not unlock it.

then the stall lockup feature stopped working after about 2700 miles of use. 500 miles later now my car wont move under its own power and something in the tranny area is rattling like hell. car seems like its in nuetral all the time. Im 99% sure its the converter. I really hope it didnt ruin my built tranny but I wont know till I get time to pull it apart...

If your going TCI spend the money for the upgraded billet cover... Clutch is better.. BUT that will put you up in the price range of a YANK....Had really good support from the TCI sponser on this board after my 3500 died.

My cousin is building me a back up trans and I am going to get a 4K stall, and was thinking of Fuddle myslef, just to see the diff..

i think the lockup clutch on my sf3000 went out also. i have no lockup in 3rd or 4th and it doesn't throw any codes. this is in a built 60e with only 5k mi. i second to that speedo, tci has great customer service. they are sending me the upgraded billet one. i'll see how that goes and hopefully that fixes the problem.

I agree, John is an easy guy to deal with and very helpful. Ordered my 3400 stall from John today, they are having a special on the street/performer TC.
