I am running an ati #5 charger but plan on going up on boost to #7 and plan on doing heads and a cam, along with 3.73's.
I want to do the converter right the first time. I hear alot about yanks throwing codes. is that only in 2001 and 2002's?
isn't the vigilante rated a bit under what it actually stalls at?
I am almost sold on the vigilante, but think the yank may be a better converter.

Well, I'd try to keep it below 4000 for a car that is driven a lot on the street...
I would think that a Yank Pro Thruster Extreme 3600 could work well, the tq from the heads cam an supercharger will push up the stall speed a few hundos.

I'd do the Yank. It will be much more efficent than the Vig in your boost range.
Tough choice between the PYE 3600 and PYE 3400 if you do both mods (more boost and H&C). The stronger you're midrange is (3000 - 4000 rpm) the more the PYE 3400 becomes attractive. If you are cammed for top end and only make 2 lbs of boost at 3500 then I would opt for the 3600.

a vig 3200 would work great. it normally stalls around 3800rpms. with the added torque from the supercharger it should stall a little higher.
someone has a supercharged f-body with a sy3500. you should look him up. im sure he has some good info.
good luck <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0">
